We can assist you with choosing the location of your lot to negotiating the purchase price and financing. You also have the option of building on any of our available lots. If you are purchasing the home as an investment, we are happy to assist you in marketing & sales.

Job site work is personally supervised daily by the owner of Divald Homes as well as our experienced licensed general contractor assigned to supervise your job. We are dedicated to maintaining an honest and open business relationship. We welcome communication between our office and our clients and are always available to you by phone or email, also providing visual updates to you via digital photographs.

Divald Homes offers all of its services under one roof to save you valuable time. All of the professionals you need to make your new home a reality are made available to you in our office, from real estate brokers and lenders to architectural & interior designers. Our planning department can provide you with a 3D-rendering and small scale model of your project so you can actually visualize the final product.

We are so confident in our abilities that we actually invite our clients to retain their own building inspector to insure our compliance with plans, specifications & budget and to inspect your home during the building process. We are all about the “no surprises” philosophy.

Divald Homes has many satisfied customers. Upon request, we would be happy to furnish you copies of our letters of recommendation from previous customers.

Pricing Options

We are unique in the home building trade in that we offer our clients the option of a “Cost + %” approach. If you choose to go this route, copies of all of our construction bids will be made available to you. You have the option of choosing the contractor you want to go with. With this approach, all costs will be approved by you in advance, giving you greater control over the cost of the project. It’s a “win, win” situation for builder and buyer.

If you choose to go the more traditional route, all prices will be broken down on our feature sheets and specifications will be well defined so there are no unexpected “extras”.
